I saw this property listed for permanent swapping, and would like to ask a couple of questions about it … before I propose any swap :

1) How much yearly property tax?
2) Do you own the property free and clear? No liens ?

Property tax $2100.00 per year. Yes. I own free and clear. What is your proposed swap?
