Will consider trading our home for income property, vacant land, or another home in any Western State. We raised our children in this wonderful home. What do you have? Here is a brief description of our house:

The value of the home is $450,000. Of course, it was more a couple of years ago, yet now about $450k.

New Carpet, New cabinets, New interior and Exterior paint, New hardwood flooring through dining room and office and much much more. 23 acres of mature trees makes for a park/forest type setting. Apple, plum,pear and walnut trees and blackberry brush insure that you will never starve to death! Get on good terms with the neighbor (my mother) and have private access to your very own river. Last week in one hours time we pulled nearly a dozen Bass and Trout. The property line seperates at the corner of her property, so to get to the river you have to cross over her land. If Washington weather works for you, and you like the simple farm life,this is it! Caution, this property has potential to flood in winter months,so sometimes in the winter...it feels like your lakefront!!!! ha ;) The property has alot of deer and wildlife.
