This building is Zoned for residential or commercial use. It's about 5 years old and located in the heart of Kalispell where the major revitalization project is happening which will surely be good for the property value in the long term. I live in San Francisco and Kalispell far away to manage and visit very often. Originally I envisioned visiting Glacier National Park and Flathead lake a couple times a year, but I've only been there once in the last 3 years.
Would be interested in swapping for a house equal value or of lesser value plus cash for the difference. of approximately that's closer or easier to get to from SF (SF Bay Area, other California, Phoenix/Arizona, Las Vegas, Utah, Seattle, or near Gainesville/St. Augustine where my mom lives).
