I'm interested. You mentioned only trade for motor home, but if you are open to an upgraded 2/2 luxury 55+ condo in Vero Beach, FL -- or a 2.8 acre waterfront peninsula lot on a pristine lake in MA -- both paid for -- let me know. We want to get back to the Hendersonville-Asheville area.... See attached.

I forgot that I even put this listing on here. Thanks for the offer but I'm not to sure that I would want either of your properties. We bought an RV and have been travelling since July 1st. We have found a campground that we want to buy and we were just talking about listing this house on the MLS because we are $200K short of the purchase price and I don't want to borrow. If you would be interested in buying, I'll let it go for $200K right now.

We are at Cape Breton Highlands in Nova Scotia and the service here is very spotty so if you respond and I don't, just give me a little time and I'll get back to you.
I do have a couple questions about your lake lot. Could we use it to park our RV? Could I put a small campground on it? Is therte city water and sewer or would it need a septic system? If septic, is it possible to get a permit to install one? How much do you want for it? What's the address so I can google it?

If I could purchase I would not be trading, but thanks for the offer.

I've attached information about the lot. There is a septic permit, tough to get in MA. I don't know about the RV issue or whether a small campground could be put there, the Town is pretty fussy about the lake, but it sure would be a spectacular place for a campground. The guy I bought the lot from is in danger of foreclosure and his remaining 12 acres of so could probably be gotten pretty cheap. Because a campground is seasonal and does not increase the school children and associated costs that might be willing.

I'll handle the difference with a mortgage.

I know small dogs are allowed. Don't know about 2. I'll check when I get home....
