Costa Rica home on the beach for Northern California Land/Home
I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath teakwood home on the Pacific side of Costa Rica (Playa Dominical), just 200' to the beach, excellent surfing year round. I am looking to exchange for land or home in Northern California, Humboldt/Mendocino/Sonoma.

Excuse me for wondering but I see you are selling land in the same place in Costa Rica? I am looking for property in California and it looks like you are as well. Do you have property in California? and why would you be buying more property in Costa Rica if you are trying to sell what you have? Just being safe, hope you understand.
