House Swapping Version 2.0
Costa Rica Home for Trade. Will Consider All Possibilities
In this economy it is proving difficult to sell our Costa Rica home. We have decided to post it as a trade for something that we would be interested in. We would consider trading for a home in Dominican Republic (Sosua, Puerta Plata area), a Mountain cabin in GA, TN, or NC, or would consider a 38 ft-45 ft Catarman Liveaboard as a trade towards our home in Costa Rica.
Our home is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and has been updated. There is an inground pool, free standing garage, rancho with bbq pit, hot water, a/c's, 2 cisterns, security system and is in a nice neighborhood.

I have a 145 acre golf course plus 3 properties immediately adjoining the 50,000 acre National Forest in Tennessee. Very secluded yet only 8 miles from the interstate I40. Only 100 miles from Nashville and 110 miles from Memphis. Willing to trade?
