I am interested in homes, condos or duplex etc.... for trade. I dont want to trade land for land. I may be interested in Texas depending on location?
If you want front beach property it may cost around 250k to $400k for 1000 sqm. If you want ocean view it may cost around between $100k -$200k sqm. It all depends on location and altitude...
If you have a nice seaworthy boat 30-40 ft I may trade....some cash......cash plus boat....cash plus land...

We have a lakefront home in Northeast Florida we're interested in trading. It's a gorgeous home on three heavily wooded acres in the community of Keystone Heights (great school, family-oriented town). The house is built to resemble an Adirondack lake house with lots of wood, two fireplaces and three screened porches. It has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and a downstairs play/game room that could be made into an inlaw suite. The house is on the market for $398,000 but we're interested in trading.
