Considered a 'Banana Belt', we do not put up with the intense winters in either temperature or snow fall. But you'll have easy acces to over 7 major ski resorts within less than an hour drive without the crowds and price of living in one of them. Both Devner and Colorado Springs are only 1 hr to 1.5hrs away.
