50 miles, takes 1 hour 5 minutes. Some neighbors work in CS Mon-Fri. The best ad with the most pictures of my property is www.tradeahome.com listing#125393. Interested yes - your property looks very interesting but we want to do a no/low cash swap. Our AZ house is worth about $180,000. Two years ago we could have easily sold for $280,000 but speculators bought property with low down payments and they have been foreclosed. So there are beat up properties on the market at low prices that are killing our well maintained property. Yours is on the market for $400,000. We do have other properties that we could throw into the deal but they are either bare ground in Colorado or rental properties in the West. (Idaho and Denver both occupied with good long term tenants)

I have my property at the true appraisal value of $460,000. I am looking for a trade for or just above my equity. I may be interested in one of the other properties in addition to your AZ property. I would like information on all as well as photos of all. To make sure I would want to move forward. I am not very familiar with this site. Is there a way to take this discussion private?
