Like most condo developments across the country, there are foreclosures in this development and the units are currently selling for around $129,000. Real Estate agent says the market should recover and pricing should normalize in about a 1.5 years.
The property assocation is aiming to keep a rental permit quota once the economy recovers and this unit does not come with a permit. Current HOA is allowing hardship rentals due to the economy.
