Location location location!!!  We have a condo at 1600 Long Grove Drive, an amazing area only 2 miles from the Isle of Palms beach.  Ride your bike over the connctor and you are there. This beach living community is nestled in Seaside Farms and shops.  http://www.theshoppesatseasidefarms.com/

We would like to trade our condo in Mount Pleasant, SC in the Long Grove Condominums development for a like condo, ideally in Myrtle Beach, SC. but would consider any equitable trade or offer in other locations. 

Again, we are open to any location. 

We are looking for a unit that we can rent out until the market recovers.

We purchased this Long Grove unit for $189,900. It is in an amazing location, only 2 miles from the IOP beach and park, minutes from Sullivans Island and convenient to US 17 and I-526. 

Like most condo developments across the country, there are foreclosures in this development and the units are currently selling for around $129,000.  Real Estate agent says the market should recover and pricing should normalize in about a 1.5 years. 

The property assocation is aiming to keep a rental permit quota once the economy recovers and this unit does not come with a permit. Current HOA is allowing hardship rentals due to the economy.
