House Swapping Version 2.0

Central valley California 4/3 house for Florida, Georgia, South Carolina area

Built in 2007 our home is free and clear-no mortgage. It has 3310 sq ft and a fully enclosed screened porch. 4/3, large office downstairs that can be used as a bedroom which is what we did for our elderly parent. Tile roof, massive solar panels run the electric meter backwards in the summer. 4 car garage! Indoor laundry, alarm system, large granite and stainless kitchen. Gorgeous backyard. Hard wood floors and porcelain tile downstairs, curved staircase, hardwood floors and carpeting upstairs. 

We need to move to the south to be close to remaining family.

How much is your house worth? What is the address? We have a 3/2 house with attached studio ( total 4b/3 b) across the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida worth $785K on this market ( was 1.2 Million in 2006) we need to cash in some of our equity and get a house to be able to retire. Hi Brett:

Did you look at our house in Fort Lauderdale? Any interest? We are planning to put our house on the market in the next couple of weeks.We may be able to owner finance at least half of the difference at a competitive rate or you can get your own loan. We own the house free and clear.
