we have a Concrete Block home. built in 1979. newer kitchen, and baths. 1 full bath, and 1 half.
laminate wood floors throughout.
Inground Pool. and 1100 sq ft Deck with Pergola.

1 car garage.
dishwasher/disposal/frig
gas hot h20
aprox1150 (give or take) sq ft.

lot size is .17 acre, with a large no build coundt easemment in the back...we don't even know who our neighbors are behind us because of it.
it's a nice 2 bedroom home in spring Hill, Fl. it also has a bonus room, that I use as a Gym/office. could easily be a bedroom as well.
Not sure how crazy this sounds. But We are looking for someone who also has a paid off home. And would want to do an EVEN trade. (no mortgage)
we want a home that is equivalent to ours, except we'd like a 3 bedroom,

we prefer N. Ft Myers, Cape Coral. (without a dept from assesments) S. Fort Myers.
and some areas of Ft Myers. Any of the Keys. (our criteria would change for the keys...we would forefit pool, and would consider a mobile, out of park)
also, out of that area, we would consider Naples, as well as Venice beach, and any other beach area in Charlotte/Lee or collier counties. And any of the keys.
we think there may be somebody out there that may be looking for a home in a quieter not as developed area , such as where we live, who would be willing to do this.

We bought this home in sept 2008, and have constantly improved & maintained it.
