Hi Birgit: thank you very much for you inquiry. i looked at your page and description. im not ready to do my own place but let me think on it and the location. i like the way you said you would do creative financing and said your situation, it makes a lot of sense. i am in a similar free and clear situation but looking for downsizing and more immediate salt water with activity. city boy here with too much salt water in my blood too and not enough green in my pockets. all the best to you, matt

Hello Matt,
I have a 2nd row beach home on Bald Head Island [NC] in the award winning Flora's Bluf neighborhood. You can check it out at www.baldheadvacations.com The name of the home is Balvenie and it is at #1 Scotch Bonnet Ln. We rent the home April- October, with 100% occupancy usually June- Mid August, May and Sept, October usually can hit 50+%.
BHI is a golf cart only community accessable only by water [ferrys run every day] and it is located where the Cape Fear river meets the Atlantic, with ICW access.
