Hey I know this place, it is near TideWater, right?

I have a home in Irmo SC you can see it a www.realtor.com listing# 251648

I would be willing to swap. I have 2 places at SurfSide Beach and we are moving to that area in a few years.

Maybe we could trade and you could get some vacation time at SurfSide too??

That looks like a nice house. Could you tell me how much you think I could get in monthly rent and what the house would appraise for? What do you have in SurfSide Beach?

it appraised back in the good days for $295,000 it appraised recently for $250,000
Not sure about the rent I would guess from 1200 t0 1500 per month we are in great school system
Chapin schools

At the beach, I have two places one is a home we rent full time but hope to move to in @ 3 years.
The other is a mobile home on rented lot 5 blocks to beach with golf cart 3 bed 2 ba great little place
I could work some "time" there for you or some ownership of this if you are interested.

i have sold my home in Irmo.I do have the two places at beach in Surfside Beach...one is a two bedroom home 2 blocks from the beach that I want to sell half share for $199,000...I could take a lot in trade maybe....let me know.

The home is one a great lot with one of those big trees in the back. It is 2 bed 2 bath all on one level. Nice wood real thick wood like the old beach houses inside. I remodeled it some to rent it out, but I am going to do more such as solid surface counters, redo enitre roof line to modernize, add decks, screen porch, fence the back yard, have a big outside gazebo area etc. It will be fabulous one day. The address is 320 16th avenue north in Surfside Beach, SC 29575. I have a golf cart that comes with the property too. I can send some pics, what is your regular email.
I do also have the trailer at 811 16th ave.north that I stay in now(I rent the home currently) I own it outright so maybe you want some of this too (half)...can stay here and continue to rent other until later?? I am open to options...what is your goal..to have a place to stay now or investment for future, to live there perm? or just part time vacation time?? I would want to split the home up one day as either one or two months at a time, due to I will be traveling in from Columbia or the mountains of North Carolina, gas cost etc.
