I may be interested in a trade plus cash. I have my Virginia property priced at distressed value so your's would need to be the same and not pie in the sky. Sarasota prime properties are running $65-90 sq. ft. and about $15K for the pool. I have two homes in VA, one in NC and one in Alaska. I am looking for a place in Florida as well.
