I have 2 different properties , both, free and clear, one is in PCB, Fl, 2bedroom, bunk(same as 3rd bedroom, and 3 bath condo that will trade or I have 4.5 ac of commercial property zoned B2 that I would like to trade for your home.

My family is looking for a home in West Florida. We have a nice home in Gainesville, Georgia. We live in a lake community next to Lake Lanier. Partial winter view of the lake.
This 7,000 sq.ft. + home with a pool is probably worth over $650K. We have a $220K mortgage.

We would like an even swap of our home for a home in FL.

How about a beach condo in Spain, 2 blocks from the beach, in Benidorm city.

Benidorm is said to be the New Yok of Spain because of all the skycrappers, but it is a touristic city with 5 theme parks , all near the condo, and 3 long white sanded beaches in the Mediterranean sea.
