Boynton Beach for Steamboat

A pending career change has us looking to swap our 2300 sq. ft, 3 bed (+loft), 2.5 bath executive home in Boynton Beach for a property in the Steamboat Area. Our home is 6 miles from the beach, in an A rated school district. It features a granite kitchen, screened in heated in-ground pool with an adjoining glass-brick hot-tub, a master bath suite with a stand up shower and separate jaccuzi tub, fresh landscaping, and a 2-car garage. Should you be looking for a part-time home, it's an easy lock-and-leave house (it has both irrigation and alarm systems).

We're looking for a home or condo of similar ($350) or greater value in the Steamboat area. Must be within 30 minutes of the town of Steamboat. Would also consider long-term swaps with the right party.
