Would you be interested in the Homosassa Florida area? It is on the gulf side of the state. My home is just a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico and 1 block from the beautiful Homosassa river.

I have pretty much abandoned the idea of swapping, sounds like a lot of trouble. Zillow has my home at $216,500. I am not sure how accurate or close that is.
I am looking to outright purchase something and that is why I contacted you for more information.
So do you have pictures and other details?

I'd like to know what the fair market value of your place is. I've got a house in Edenton, NC on a dead end street with just one vacant lot between the house and the Albemarls sound so there's good water views. Walk to private community beach.
