House Swapping Version 2.0
Beautiful Home in Clayton, NC - Wanted EVEN TRADE about $200,000
In August 2010, I would love to do an EVEN TRADE for my gorgeous home in Clayton, NC.
The house is two levels, side loading garage, cathedral ceiling, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, bay window on 2.5 acres. There is also a deck, fully fenced in back yard, darling shed, fireplace, etc.
There is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bedroom and bath on main floor.
Gorgeous neighborhood full of trees and deer, yet 30 minutes to Raleigh, close to RTP area.
I owe less than $200,000 so PLEASE DON'T REPLY if you want me to get a mortgage for your house.
You buy my house, I buy yours. Easy, breezy, mac and cheesie..... no hassles.
The house is available in August, because I currently have someone doing a "rent to own", but am pretty confident they wont secure a mortgage.

Missy, where in Clayton is your house? I have a house on the Waccamaw River in Conway SC. It's 1750 sq. ft. four bedroom, on an acre, just 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach. You can see pictures from Realtor.com or I can send them to you if you are interested. We are currently in Smithfield. Family is in Clayton. I would love to find out where your home is.

We're in the surburbs of Nashville, TN. Our custom brick home in all on one level 3brs 2 baths, and 2100 sq ft. We have hardwood floors throughout, except in the wet areas (tile in baths). There is a rocking chair front porch and a 32x18 covered patio. The house is in an upscale neighborhood, on a culdesac. The back is totally private. The lake is a mile away, with a public boat dock. There are 3 golf courses within 3 miles. TBN is 7 miles from us and downtown Nashville is only a 20 minute drive. There's always something fun to do there! We're retired and do not have a mortgage.
