We are located on Woodland Lake in Brighton. We are looking to stay in the area but wish to sell or trade our lakefront house for a home in a subdivision (we have a 2 year old). This is De'Ann in Hartland. We would love lake living! My husband is an avid fisherman and we actually have two waverunners and spend alot of time in the summer up in the Higgins Lake area as well as Mullet Lake.
Can you send some additional information about your home, location, pictures?? That would be wonderful!
Our home is located in the Forestbrook Hills Sub off of Maxfield Rd. Our development borders the Hartland Glen golf course. Our street is not directly on the golf course, but is across the street. We think it's a wonderful arrangement. Get back in touch with us....love to hear from you.

close to a busy road for our comfort and we hope to maybe find some
acreage so that we can build a pole barn for all of our toys.

What is the size of your home - living space in square footage? How large is the lot? What are the property taxes? Are there any HOA fees?
Is your home located in Northern Michigan? Do you own it Free and Clear?
