I am somewhat flexible. I would prefer something in the Alabama (Lookout Mountain) or North Georgia mountains around Blue Ridge but will look at all.

Sorry, I need the income from a rental property for at least 2 more years. The condo has just be leased again from 4/1/11 thru 3/31/12 at $1400/mo. The land looks good but for now I need money coming in.
