Any interest in Palm Coast, Florida? We are 30 minutes south of St. Augustine...30 minutes north of Daytona Beach. Our home is 3 miles from the ocean and a mile from the intracoastal. It is 2630 living square feet and less than 3 years old.

Would you consider a trade for a beautiful waterfront townhome in Jacksonville, Florida.
