San Carlos, Mexico is home to thousands of Americans, Canadians and Mexicans looking for a peaceful, beautiful location to enjoy the Sea of Cortez. Our home is located on a semi-private beach in a gated community called Puesta del Sol. If you enjoy fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving, or simply walking on the beach to the local restaurants, then you will love this community. San Carlos is only a 4.5 hour drive south of the Nogales border near Tucson, Arizona in the safe, tranquil state of Sonora, Mexico. We are open to swapping in other areas. Please watch these videos and let us know if you are interested in our home. Thank you.

Permalink Reply by luis correia on October 18, 2011 at 10:25am I have 9 brand new apartments in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, Spain. They are near the center and 5 blocks from the beach. An easy stroll to the Zoo, bullfighting ring, aquapark, multi cinema, as well as several large shopping centers. Also the Metro and bus stations are 7 blocks away.
The partments are 2 bed 2 bath, 72 sq m, the penthouses have nice views of Mijas and the mountains. There is a new 5 story elevator.
Each apartment has a mortgage of 115,000€ which costs 630€ per month and is valued at 40,000€ more. Some are rented now. They can be rented to tourists or long term.
You can contact me luis.infomail@gmail.com and I can send you some photos and more info. I could add cash to equalize the deal.
I also have an 8 bedroom, 640 sq m house in Marbella, Spain with spa and gymnasium. You can see it on Google Earth. Just fill in "Luis house, Marbella, Spain" and you will fly right to it and there is a photo. It is valued at 1,500,000€.
I also have this unit in the front line of Puerto Banus. It is 580 sq m with 8 bedrooms, 8 baths and can be residential or commercial. www.bacchusclub.infoHi Luis,
You have many great properties! I have decided to sell my house or do a property swap but I need the swap house to be in the US. So sorry and best of luck to you!
Barbara
Hi Luis,
I re-read your email and thought maybe I misunderstood your message. Are you suggesting that we trade places for vacation use only or are you suggesting that we purchase each other's homes?
Thank you,
Barbara Britton
Permalink Reply by luis correia on October 26, 2011 at 4:28pm Well, either way. I would have to examine your house thouroughly if you became interested in a permanent swap. But I am looking to spend at least 1 month this winter in a warm weather ocean front. I was in Acapulco last year but it was actually so hot that it gave me headaches and I got really badly sunburned while swimming, even on my eyelids.
But I understand the winter weather in San Carlos will not be adequate for practicing wate sports? This is what I most value, to practice swimming, wind surfing, spear fishing, etc right from my front door.
Why, are you interested in spending some weeks in Andalucia or Marbella? You know Marbella has the biggest concentration of palaces and mansions in Europe? This is where Michelle Obama came on vacation last year. My email is luis.infomail@gmail.com
