Bahamas Oceanfront Condo for south Florida condo

I have a newly renovated 2BR/1BA Bahamas oceanfront condo with incredible beachfront and views in Freeport and want to trade for a newer 1 or 2 bedroom Florida condo preferabley with a view in south Florida but will consider elsewhere. If you have econsidered the Bahamas, this is as easy as it will ever get.

What is sq. ft. and approx. current value.....recent sales in bldg? is there a mortgage, will you finance anything?

About 900 square feet interior - not counting balconies on front and back. Current value is around $275,000 cash which is about a $25,000 discount off what a non renovated unit is going for. Property is free and clear. Building only has 20 units, there have been recent sales but sales prices in the Bahamas are often understated due to avoid stamp duty and not public. There is no property, income, or inheritance taxes in Freeport. Might be possible to finance a lesser part but would prefer to trade properties or barter in that case. Local bank in Freeport might finance 50%.
