have 7 properties in and around Merida Mexico to include one 9000 sq ft mansion, 3 gulf front houses, one house across the street from the beach, one gulf front lot, one store in a mall. Hi, are the pictures from Merida? or Progresso? my parents live there in the winter and I am interested in your properties.

Hi, what is your opinion of the values of each property? Are the pictures you list, the Progresso property? Do you have pictures of the Merida property? Where is Chelem located, pictures? lot of questions, give me your phone number or call me. progresso is about 5,000 sq ft reduced from $325 down to $240,000. or send me a mail at doyleguy1@hotmail.com and i can upload a lot of pictures. i have 6 properties in and aound merida and the beach, most are in my corporation that i would like to disolve or transfer, betwe then a fide.

I have 9 brand new apartments in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, Spain. They are near the center and 5 blocks from the beach. An easy stroll to the Zoo, bullfighting ring, aquapark, multi cinema, as well as several large shopping centers. Also the Metro and bus stations are 7 blocks away.

The partments are 2 bed 2 bath, 72 sq m, the penthouses have nice views of Mijas and the mountains. There is a new 5 story elevator.

Each apartment has a mortgage of 115,000€ which costs 630€ per month and is valued at 40,000€ more. Some are rented now. They can be rented to tourists or long term.

   I also have an 8 bedroom, 640 sq m house in Marbella, Spain with spa and gymnasium. You can see it on Google Earth. Just fill in "Luis house, Marbella, Spain" and you will fly right to it and there is a photo.It is valued at 1,500,000€.

I have rented my 9,000 sq ft house for 6 years at a good rate.  I don't think i have anything to trade as you have mortgages.  I have three gulffront houses and one house across the street from the gulf of mexico, and one gulf front lot, a local in the mall in Merida.
