Some of our neighboring houses are $800K and above due to direct access to the lake.
We would like to trade for a home in Western Florida. We prefer area from Sarasota to Naples, FL.
Our home has an existing loan in the combined amount of $220K. We would like to trade down in value and not to exceed $400K. This home has nice backyard and 2 year old salt water pebeltech pool. Our 25 ft boat valued at over $30K when purchased new may serve as an added value in case there is an offer with home of higher value.

It has been a while since we have posted our exchange offer.
My wife Beba and I were looking to move to Florida area and hope to retire in a few years.
We had some offers from other website venues and decided not to pursue them for various reasons.
However, we have spent a few weeks in Arizona last winter and truly enjoyed what we have seen in Tucson and Phoenix area. We were visiting University of Arizona in Mesa area and decided to go back to Arizona in a few months.
We will be on a business trip visiting Tucson and Phoenix area again in late January and early February.
I was not able to download any additional pictures of your home or learn about any specific information related to your trade. Above link did not produce any results.
I would like to have more information in order to consider going forward.
Atlanta area is very nice throughout whole year. Many things to see and enjoy. Economy is depressing many of us, but going out to Georgia mountains and see all that natural beauty will change anybodies heart.
Arizona weather is nice in the winter, but how does it feel in the heat of the summer? I was told that dry heat is
acceptable even at higher levels in July and August.

One that is investment property very nice with two condo units yielding $950/month and another single family home 3br/3ba, it would be great to downsize to or rent as well for investment. Thank you for your note, yes I will call you tomorrow to discuss further. Our single-family home is in Demorest, GA just 9 miles from Helen, GA. We are in a quiet neighborhood and have completely rennovated our home except for the kitchen and master bath to look more modern. As I mentioned there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, DR, LR, breakfast nook, laundryroom, walk-in pantry, and a 2 car garage. The home has wood floors in the LR, DR and breakfast nook. The bathrooms have tile. The LR, MBR, and MB have vaulted ceilings. We also put a new deck on the home a couple of years ago. Our rental property is in excellent condition. It is unique in that it is not your typical looking rental. It his in Cornelia, GA in a nice neighborhood as well. Each unit has a LR, full kitchen with new appliances, DR, 1.5 baths, and 1 very large master suite (the floor plan called for two bedrooms and we built it as one so they are huge. They each have their own 1 car garage, and screened back porch. There is a large unfinished basement and the ceilings are 14ft. It is stubbed out on both sides for two more units if that was an option with stairway access from both sides.
We are motivated because we have 3 boys and are stuck in a 3 br home. The investment property is paid for and we hold a $200k note on our single family home. I will gather some pictures for you as well.
