have a 5 bedroom + office/Den, 2 1/2 bathroom, 2 car garage 3,030 Sq Ft. in a swim tennis community. Home is on a 1/2 acre lot with privacy fence. I would consider value to be around 225,000. I am looking for a 4-bedroom home w/ garage, and a basement. I am willing to trade up to 295,000. Home is located in A-rated school district. Acutal location is on the border of Lawrenceville/Snellville/Grayson. I am open to almost any area in the greater Atlanta area. Areas of interest are Atlanta, Cumming, Marietta, Duluth, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, As you can see I am pretty open.

How far is your home to 316/Sugarloaf (to Scientific Atlanta/Cisco)?

IT is in the Estates of Great Oaks. School district is
PHarr elementary which in 2009 will be the brand new Elementary Starling
Mcconnel Middle school in 2009 will be brand new school Couch
High school I do not know. Right now we are considered Snellville district but switching to Grayson.
