Hello. Is any of the acreage split/splittable so you could maybe swap the home on less acreage for less $$??? I have 1000+ sq ft home on 2.23 or 7 acres in Howell. My home is on 2.23 and we own adjoining 4.8 acres. The two pieces are seperated by a creek with an easement on the south side of the home's property going back to the vacant 4.8 acres.

Hi Becky,
Yes, currently my neighbor farmer would be interested in the tillable acerage if some one wanted less land. Although he will probably not want to pay market value. He has not committed on a figure.
Call me any time (I am retired) if you have more questions.
Is your property listed currently? I would like to better understand what you have.
Also, if you could swing the entire 43 acres it is a great piece of property at a great value and I could work with you on the price.
This property is literally "turn key". A realator came through last week and he agreed! Taxes are very reasonble since it is Zoned agricutural. My number is 810-266-5127.
