Hi we live in Vancouver WA about 100 miles north of Eugene.  We have a few questions about your house if it is still available.  For starters is it

      1) Ranch Style

      2) How old  and year built

      3)  Lot size

      4) any Mortgage

We own our home  no mortgage

Hello,

Yes we still have the house~

  1. It is not a ranch style house.
  2. It was built in 2001.
  3. The lot size is 6030 sq. ft./0.14 acres.
  4. We have a mortgage on it.

Thank-you

Luisa F.

Three out of 4 not bad. Our's is a 3 bedroom  1/4 acre lot. Is it a two story? Were an older couple and not sure on stairs going into the future as we age further.

  Thanks

 Roman D.

Hi Roman,

It is a 1 story house, no stairs.  It has a great room (kitchen/livingroom), sliding patio door to back yard off of kitchen, laundry room in house off of kitchen (small area just big enough for washer and dryer with a sliding door between kitchen and laundry room), 2 car garage with opener, steel mesh security door at front door (so you can have the door open for fresh air without worry or bugs), gas fireplace, furnace/air conditioner with electronic thermostat, Tile counter tops, gas stove, sprinkler system front and back.

If you'd like more info I can track down some pictures for you as well as the dimensions of the rooms.

Thanks,
Luisa

My wife and I are talking about it.  It will be a few week before we decide to go further, it does appear to look ok up front.

One thing is there noise from the base?

   Thanks

   Roman

I don't recall much trouble with noise from the base (we moved in '06 and have rented out the home since then) when we lived there, and I doubt that has changed.  My husband says he remembers hearing jets fly by at times, but they have a  no fly policy at night.  Hanford is a main route for trains, and you can hear the train horn sometimes, but the house is far enough away from the tracks that it didn't bother me.  When we had the house built, we purposely did not buy a lot too close to the tracks!

Hope that helps,

Luisa
