I wasn't sure if you still were looking but we need to get back to the NOVA area and thought this might be a great opportunity for both of us. We have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in North Austin. It is just above 2700sqft. and was built/completed in January of 2008. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Austin, but live in a quite neighborhood and our backyard is adjacent to a greenbelt (so there will never be any construction).

hi my name is scott from Tampa fl. i have a 5/3 pool hm check out all info at buyowner.com property # tpa61771. my email is scott555amanda@aol.com. we are looking for a mountain home 4/2 with 3 to 5+ acres, small farm, some kind of water, ocean, pond ,river, lake etc. must be private. no close neighbors. if your place is quiet and peaceful and your looking for a house near the beautiful gulf beaches and within half a mile to river and boat ramp, nice walk after dinner. or go for a swim with dolphins and turtles in your over sized swimming pool. lets talk we love our home. we are fl natives would like my children to know that the world is not flat and covered in sand. just looking for a change although our home is listed at $550,000 we are well aware of the housing market. so please even if your home is priced lower than ours but your criteria is met we can still talk
