Two cat attached garage and five additional bays detatched. Lots of irrigation water, with a live stream that runs the length of the property, and features a small waterfall right behind the home. I am the person with the Colorado ranch. If you go to the main site...go to Colorado listings...last time I checked I was on about the third or fourth page. Listed at Crawford Colorado 31 acres, there is a complete description and some pics therre.
Dan
Just now rechecked....the listing is on page two.
Thanks

Dear Dan:
I am somewhat confused here. I thought that a person named SA Thompson had this 31 acre hobby farm in Crawford, Colorado.
I cannot access nor find any information or pictures on this DoMu Swap site.
If you are interested in trading this property for my NE Georgia home, just send me a "normal" e-mail to:
margoheimanson@yahoo.com
There you can send photos one at a time. Okay?

Thank you,

No, you are on the blog for the Crawford property....anyone can reply on the blog. I am the owner of the Crawford property. The wife and I want to relocate to the coast of WA or OR. Georgia is a beautiful state, but in the wrong direction.
Thanks
Dan
Hello Dan, This is SA Thompson in Port Angeles, WA. I just viewed your listing and found it helpful. To maintain clarity, I'll attach our initial note below, so we're all on the same page. My reply to your ad was::

My home is located in Port Angeles. Very cute! It has 1350 sq' plus an matching additional detached 2/1 with a nice 650 sq' 1/1 ADA apartment that could be used as a rental (never has been - has been my home office). 4 blocks from Strait of Juan de Fuca, "where the mountains greet the sea". Centrally located, can walk to everything. Couple miles from Olympic National Park. Beautiful area, beaches, sea air, mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, hiking, walk to ferry to Victoria, BC .

Would be interested in info on your home and surrounding area as well as employment options in the area. Do you own free and clear or do you have any loan balance. End of initial note..

Today's Comment - please email cornershop2010@hotmail.com - at that point we can exchange photos and additional information.
Thanks,
SA Thompson
