Hi. Thanks for responding.
I don't have a property for $159,000. I have an office/residence w/ parking lot, wheelchair ramp, zoned commercial/residential; 3/1 w commercial landscaping, etc; that I owe about $159,000. In a good economy it is worth $359,000. So I am looking to trade at $259,000. I have at least $100,000 equity. I also have a rented house that I am upside in - owe $198,000- probably worth $149,000. Rented for $1100/ month.
