$232,000 Hill NH 3br 1ba to trade for a warmer climate.
Private 3br 1 ba on 33 +/- ac abutting state forest. Getting a bit long in the tooth, so would love a warmer climate. i.e. TN, SC, NC, FL, etc. Need 2br 1ba minimum, valued at $100,000 or less, and would love it, were in the country and private location. Hard to access and rustic is my preference. My home has been drastically reduced from $272900 to $232900. This is a highly desired area, the economy has just hit us hard, or it would have been sold immediately. Current MLS #2721542, expiring shortly. Mortgage of $102,000, not assumable at 6 1/4%. I can hold some paper, if it would help.
