I have a 4/2 that is 2012 square feet in an excellent and central location (15 minutes from South Beach and 27 minutes from Fort Lauderdale). The home interior is completely remodeled (brand new wood floors throughout, brand new kitchen (with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops), and a brand new master bath with travertine tile).
