House Swapping Version 2.0

We are looking for a trade.The trade we wish would be on the ocean on the east coast of the US or in Freeport the Bahamas.
Our cottage is within 300ft. of a white sand beach that runs for 7 miles.We are on hill 30 ft. above sea level.The lot is zoned for multy. units.[3 more} the lot is a 1/2 ac. it has piped water and the septic was just rebuilt,we had it oversized to take waste from 1 more house
The Island is out from the gulf stream,storms pass to the south and last one to touch the island was hugo .This not to say one will ever come this way
Taxes are low $500 a year,Asso Fee of $50 a year,water bill is $100 for the first.10,000 gal.
The Island has a air port with flights from Nassua 1 time a day,There is also a flight on Sat. from FLL fl.
The house was just rebuilt new windows ,tile ,bath ,kitchen, roof ,elect.,porch,ect.

Yes, I am looking for an even trade as well; but, I think if your value is about 360k it's too high for what I have. I think in today's market mine may be around 250k and I don't want to come up with cash.

My properties are at 58 and 58 1/2 Bowen Street, Jamestown, NY 14701. The back right green house is the 5 unit, and the front blue house is the 2 unit. The tenants pay all utilities except I pay water for a few of them. The taxes are $3200 a year. This could be lowered. The insurance is $1400 a year. The water probably averages about $100 month although we have had water problems we corrected. I got a few large water bills. These are all of the bills. Fully rented it brings it around $2450 a month. 4 of the 7 are rented right now. We might be able to get the other 3 rented for you. I have put around 20K into them. Call me at 443-402-0302. These apartments do need work, and they are in a lower income area. Please let me know if you are interested. There is a lot of water damage in one of the apartments. A pipe froze in the apartment above. These apts do need work. They are in a lower income area. I might be able to buy a condo more expensive than my properties and add cash to the deal. I would want around 75K for them. I talked to you on the phone, and you said to send info.
