My home is in the Bradenton-Sarasota area...about 40 miles south of Tampa. I'm trying to keep within about a 10 hour drive from here for a vacation home which would rule out MO. If you have pictures of the condo and the lots, send them to me and I'll see if I may change my mind.

My home is in Parrish which is a small town on the outskirts of Bradenton and Sarasota...about 35 miles south of Tampa. I really wasn't looking for a condo but yours looks nice. What are the condo association fees? What are the taxes? Are the furnishings included? Does the condo have a deeded slip at the dock? Does it have a garage?

Thanks for your reply. Parrish won't work for us as we need to be closer to Orlando or another base city for my husband's company. Our condo is a great place, but we need to move our assets to another city. The annual taxes in TN are great--$1500 a year. The monthly HOA is $225. We don't have a boat slip but there are some for sale at the marina next door: Center Hill Marina. I have attached a map of the entire lake area--our condo is right near #11 on that map. We do not have a garage. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
