I have a 3 bed/ 3 bath home on 1.1 acres just 10 minutes from Steamboat Springs, CO and 10 minutes from the regional airport. Just 1/4 mile from the Yampa River. 2 car garage. No HOAs.  There are 2 additional buildings on the property currently rented out. Low taxes & insurance. I have over $400K into it but in today's market would guess the value @ $250K-$300K. Approx. rental for home & buildings is $1200/Month.

Interesting.  We sold that place and moved to the mountains in NC>  Log home, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mts.  Much better than Florida.  Sorry they never took down the house!  Good luck
