4 BR, 3 BATH HOUSE IN WHITE, GA, LOOKING FOR SMALLER PLACE IN CHEROKEE COUNTY
Beautiful split level home on .75 acre lot. Freshly painted in November, 2007. When we built the house, we had a total of three kids at home. Two have left the nest and we just have too much house.

We have them rented and a waiting list, as you can see access to Sawgrass and the Lodge comes with the units. Take one or as many as you can think makes sense.

Would you consider a trade for a beautiful waterfront townhome in Jacksonville, Florida.
