Mr. McNeil, I just heard of this web site today. My situation is: I have a 5,000 square feet home that has an additional 2nd home on it with 3.11 acres in Moreno Valley, CA. I do owe money on it. I also own a rental home 3/2 1,200 sf. home in Moreno Valley, CA. I also have an 18 acre single family home with pond in Honobia, OK that has 0 balance. I really love the Beaver Lake area but I'm not sure how trades work, especially ones with balances owed. Please respond. I am a teacher and must consider contract ending times.
