House Swapping Version 2.0

2 Story Cape in a Prestigious Town and Nice Neighborhood in Connecticut

A wonderful 2 story cape-cod style house has a fireplace, a lot of mirrors, covered patio, attic and full basement, large backyard, and playground. The first floor features a large living room with a fireplace, a study, a bedroom, two closets, a full bathroom, and an eat-in kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom has vinyl floor, while all the other rooms have carpet. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath (shower, toilet, and sink). The larger bedroom has hardwood floor, wall-draws, and a walk-in closet. The small bedroom has carpet floor and a large closet. The basement is in full-size and dry for heating and laundry utilities, storage, and a large partly finished room for play and workout. Long drive way for parking and flat backyard with playground.

The neighborhood is in a prestigious town (the North Haven has been constantly recognized for better education, lower taxes, better service such as free garbage collection and swimming pool). All the neighbors have beautiful yards and houses. If you'd like to buy a house in this town, this is about the lowest price you can get. The location is close to major highway R15 and I91, walking distance to shopping centers and library, 15 minutes drive to beaches, and 15 min bus ride to Yale University.

The owner is relocated in Alabama. The house is available right away. And the asking price has been reduced! Asking $1600/mo to rent or $220000(reduced) to sell, will trade for house or land in Alabama, Georgia, or Florida, but any reasonable offer to buy, to rent, or rent to own, will be considered. Call Perry at 205-992-6242, 203-214-0841 or email perry.ning@aya.Yale.edu.

We have a beautiful lakeside home in a rural area halfway between Jacksonville and Gainesville.  The home is about 4,000 square feet and has numerous screened porches, two fireplaces, a gameroom (or in-law suite) and is located on a pristine lake named Opal. We are asking $398,000.   The house is situated on three wooded acres in a small community known as Keystone Heights, which has great schools.    Might you be interested?  To take a "virtual tour" of the home, go to:  http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cXf60MDfH     You can email me at phorvath@unf.edu.
