Trade for one or both. Would like to live in Maine or NH near coast or lake property. Like old farmhouses or colonial. NH is where I grew up and want to be again. I think I might have pressed the wrong tab. I did not want to stop the discussion but we would have
to think more about your location and not sure if our 2 properties measure up to yours. Together they would be on the market for around 900k. So again, we are interested. You are near the ocean!
