Is there a home and garage on the property - that is in good condition?  If so, how large?

What is the current value of your home and land?

Barbra, there is not a home or garage on the 31.3 acres. It was once my Grand Fathers farm. If you are interested I would make you a very good cash price or I would finance it with 50k down. It would be a beautiful place to build a house. My call me at 704-600-5327

Thanks for the e-mail.  This would not work for us as we are not looking for a large parcel of land.

We just need to trade our Free and Clear NE Georgia home on 6.73 park-like acres for a suitable home - up to $400,000 in value.

Also, we have a fully furnished, log-sided cabin in Murphy, NC on 2 acres.  We owe money on the cabin and want to trade our equity for a nice piece of land valued up to $50,000.
