I have a building lot in the Daniel Island area just outside of Charleston (Mt. Pleasant), SC. Since we had to move north, my husband and I would love to trade our ready-to-build lot for a usable condo in MB!

Hi, we are looking to trade our 2 / 1 bath condo in Long Grove off the Isle of Palm Connector in Mount Pleasant. We want a condo that we can rent out or that my Dad can live in, in Myrtle Beach. The unit we now own in Mount Pleasant does not come with a lease permit so it can only be rented with a hardship permit. Let me know if you are interested in discussing a trade.

How much are you asking for your 1br 1 bath condo in Myrtle? I have four properties 3 on James Island. I am looking to lower my overall investment debt and perhaps this could work for both of us.

Hi Chad, sorry it took me so long to reply... At this time, I do not have it for sale because the market in MB has dropped drastically. I am hoping to find someone that just wants to be in MB and happens to have something close to the beach in charleston to swap. Wishful thinking because everything in Charleston is so high.
